From 8am to 4pm, Blend serves breakfast. Highlights include avocado toast with grapes and basil (3 900 KZT), Japanese omelet with eel and nori (4 700), syrniki with matcha and mango (3 800), and millet porridge with tomatoes and parmesan (2 700). The lunch and evening menu becomes even more intriguing: Thai shrimp soup (4 950), a cranberry tartine sandwich with mushrooms and feta (4 250), and a bowl with spicy tuna, avocado and nori (4 100). On the dessert side (1 550–2 800): blackcurrant tart, a matcha-coconut-miso mousse, and a creamy pineapple pie — each one equally tempting.
All pastries are baked in-house. The counter offers salmon and spinach pie, a pepperoni roll, a pistachio bun and lemon-almond cake. Coffee is a big part of the experience. Alongside classic espresso-based drinks, they brew V60, Chemex, Aeropress and batch brew. Matcha lattes also get special attention — served pure or paired with coconut, banana or pistachio.
The interior feels straight out of Pinterest: high ceilings, a layered mix of textures, varied furniture pieces, and a bold contrast of grey and deep red.
