And if everything else has already closed, there’s always Karas.

The chain has been operating in Yerevan since 2005 and has grown to 16 locations across Armenia. Armenian classics such as khorovats, tolma, and pork ribs share the menu with Georgian khachapuri, khinkali, and grilled suluguni.

Most locations — including the central branches on Mashtots and Komitas avenues and Tumanyan Street — are open 24/7. The Leningradyan Street location stays open until 2 a.m.

So if it’s 3:15 a.m., the lahmajo joints and meat bars are already behind you, and you’re still thinking about tolma, there’s no need to ask the eternal Yerevan question: «What’s still open?»

Recently opened Bar BQ stays open until 3 a.m., and its menu seems almost tailor-made for the hours when sensible eating schedules have stopped applying.

There are kebabs, with Angus as one of the menu hits; shawarma in lavash, pita, or bread; lahmajo in all its various forms; and khachapuri straight off the grill.

The Adjarian khachapuri boat deserves a special mention, with the option of one or two eggs. And if your conscience suddenly demands something green in the middle of the night, there’s tabbouleh and fattoush, too.

Draft beer is, naturally, part of the equation. And judging by the atmosphere, it may well be the unofficial headliner of the menu.

A central location, a reputation for being one of the city’s prettiest spots, and enough daytime demand that even a coffee break can require some planning.

Among the starters, look for oven-baked Camembert served with honey, grape leaves, and fig jam, as well as vongole cooked en papillote with garlic and white wine.

The pizzas include «Il Mare» with shrimp, squid, and lime; «White Salmon» with salmon and dill; and «Stracciatella» with pelati sauce, lemon zest, and rosemary.

During the day, getting a table without a reservation is almost impossible. At night, however, there’s a small loophole: Collective stays open until 2 a.m., which means you might still get your table — just a couple of hours later than everyone else.

Boho stays open until 1 a.m., with plenty of options for a late-night dinner: seafood or classic burgers, teriyaki pork chop, sandwiches, bowls, pasta, and soups, including tom yum and ramen.

And then there’s jengyalov hac, the Armenian flatbread packed with 18 different kinds of greens. According to guests, it’s one of those things you really shouldn’t leave without trying.

The menu is varied enough to keep an entire group happy, even when everyone wants something different. One person comes for the burger, another for the ramen, another for the pasta — and somehow nobody leaves disappointed.

Fabrica stays open until 3 a.m. The shortest way to describe the place? Steak territory.

There’s also a dedicated section of the menu featuring Armenian meat sourced from local farms — for those who want to support local producers even at an hour when most of the city is asleep.

The atmosphere leans more serious steakhouse than casual late-night pit stop. So if your idea of a late dinner involves a proper table, a glass of wine, and a steak in front of you, this is your place.

The kind of place where ordering coffee at 1 a.m. doesn’t make you look remotely strange. Coffeeshop’s philosophy is simple: it’s never too late for coffee. So yes, they’re open well past midnight.

The Vienna-born chain has several locations around Yerevan and an enormous menu, ranging from a straightforward espresso to brightly colored drinks that look as though a few unicorns may have been involved in their creation.

There’s matcha in every possible form, organic lemonade, specialty teas, sweet shakes — and, if coffee suddenly doesn’t feel substantial enough, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, bagels, waffles, and soups.

Hunger doesn’t care what time it is. Most of Yerevan’s restaurants and cafés, however, very much do. By midnight, floors are being mopped, signs are switched off, and most of the city is calling it a night. But a handful of places don’t seem particularly bothered by the clock. They’re the ones that save a night that ran longer than planned, when all the sensible plans are over but going home still feels premature. From burgers at 1 a.m. to lahmajo at 4 a.m., here’s where to eat when the night refuses to end.

Blanca is one of the newer restaurants on Tamanyan Street — and it has already developed something of a cult following. It opened in spring 2026, made a name for itself with breakfast, and then revealed another useful talent: staying open until 2 a.m.

In the Cascade, where things get decidedly quiet by midnight, a restaurant that’s still serving dinner at that hour feels like a minor luxury.

The menu includes steak frites with sweet potato, pizza in both regular and mini sizes for those who aren’t particularly hungry, stracciatella with prosciutto and berries, a green salad with celery sorbet, and burrata with basil and tomato sorbet.

There’s also a substantial drinks list, with wines and cocktails for those who have decided that going home can wait.

Collective

The Black Angus Signature team also stays on until 2 a.m., and the interiors here get just as much attention as the food: high ceilings, design books scattered across the tables, and the general feeling of a restaurant that somehow — almost accidentally — happens to be open this late.

The burger selection runs from a classic double smash made with marbled beef to versions with blue cheese and lamb. Any of them can be upgraded with filet mignon, because apparently «extra» is a perfectly reasonable concept at 1 a.m.

There’s also pizza, familiar bar snacks, and a few less expected choices, including pho bo and tom yum. The menu, incidentally, was created by three people: the founder, the executive chef, and a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Portugal.

On some evenings, football is shown on the big screen, too — for those who feel a burger should come with at least a little entertainment.

Tun Lahmajo stays open until 4 a.m. — the perpetually busy corner on Northern Avenue that has been around for nearly 20 years and shows no particular interest in going to bed.

Not everyone realizes just how late it stays open, but for those who aren’t ready to call it a night, it has long been a gathering point for the city’s night owls.

The lahmajo comes in different sizes and versions, with or without cheese. The menu also covers khinkali, khachapuri, and barbecue.

But let’s be honest: most people are here for one very specific combination — hot lahmajo, cold beer, and the sudden feeling that life makes sense again.

A meat bar for people who aren’t interested in having «a little something» at night. They’re here to eat properly.

Frank by Basta arrived in Yerevan at the end of 2023 and stays open every day until 1 a.m. The late-night lineup includes beef ribs with roasted potatoes and kimchi pickles, «Basta-size» ribs with nachos and mozzarella, the Frank 2.0 striploin, beef tartare with truffle cream, and wagyu carpaccio.

There’s even a separate Dog Box menu for dogs. Apparently, no guest is getting left out of dinner.
