Restaurant 12, featured in the Ultima Guide, turns two on 22 August, with an evening of music, house-favourite cocktails, gifts from partners and a prize draw for a trip to Istanbul for two. DJ nights are already a fixture here, as is the 12th-floor terrace, whose panoramic views across Tashkent have become one of the restaurant’s defining features. The menu moves between contemporary Asian and Mediterranean cooking, while the bar makes its name with original cocktails.
Sundays at Mediterranean restaurant Nika are given over to a Greek brunch, served buffet-style from noon until 5 PM. The spread brings together contemporary Greek favourites — mezze, souvlaki, gyros, moussaka and seafood, followed by traditional desserts — with DJ sets and free-flowing sparkling wine adding a little extra charm to the afternoon. There’s an entertainer on hand for younger guests, with games and creative activities keeping them happily occupied while the adults linger over brunch and conversation.

Just Wine, featured in the Ultima Guide, holds tastings almost every week, turning its attention to a different drink or wine region each time. Prosecco opened the August programme, while an earlier evening was devoted to Lithuanian beer; details of what’s next are shared on the restaurant’s social channels. Wine remains firmly at the heart of the place, with a list of around 100 bottles spanning established classics and orange wines. To eat, there are bruschette, pâtés, pasta, cured meats and antipasti platters.
Qbar moves easily between live music, karaoke and late-night DJ sets, with a full restaurant menu and cocktails served alongside. Three guest nights see out the final stretch of summer: Emre Gulmez takes over on 14 August, Papa Kamal follows on the 21st, and Kamis & Diosa close the series on the 28th. The line-up brings together DJs and producers from the Afro house and melodic house scenes.
