For the evening, Kazakh and Japanese culinary traditions meet in the hands of chefs Artem Kantsev of Qazaq Gourmet and Vyacheslav Kim of Akami. The two will bring together local ingredients and techniques from both cuisines in a seven-course tasting menu — expect sea urchin, black caviar ice cream and plenty of surprises along the way, all accompanied by a curated pairing.
