Two Hands
An innocent tasting
For a first date we recommend Two Hands. On one floor
there’s an intimate bar hidden from prying eyes, while the second floor houses
a spacious and stylish restaurant. Interactive activities will fill awkward
pauses: they regularly hold wine tastings, cocktail-making workshops, wine-casino
nights, and live music evenings.
The menu is compact but serious: you’ll find
two-year-aged cheeses, a light salad with mango, avocado, and pomegranate, and
filet mignon with onion jam. In addition to the main menu, Two Hands serves
hearty breakfasts — you can order shakshuka with parmesan from 9:00 until
16:00, and then dinner isn’t far off.
Temple
Sharing a cocktail experience
Second date — don’t slow down. If you want to casually,
and without red flags learn everything about your partner, it’s better to leave
this to experts. A visit to Temple turns into a real quest: where to go and how
to find the bar will be explained when you book. You can’t get in without a
reservation.
To preserve the intrigue, we’ll keep the passwords and
meeting points secret, we’ll just say that you’ll get the most intimate
atmosphere and communication with a third (but not at all superfluous) person —
the bartender. Learning about favorite tastes, smells and colors in a relaxed
atmosphere with a cocktail menu guide — perfect.
Why else is it a must-visit? Temple recently made it
into the global travelers' top The World’s 50 Best Discovery, and the project
proudly bears the title of «Bar of the Year» according to WhereToEat
2024 Awards!
Pizza Uno
A Neapolitan date
Once the first impression is made — it’s go eat:
simple but smart. We responsibly declare that the inconspicuous location will
be more than compensated by the amazing, completely handmade pizza: Uno has its
own cheese dairy, farm, and bakery.
They serve 18 types of Neapolitan pizza, each thin
with fluffy edges. Here, pizza is treated as comfort fast food here: prepared
in minutes and served sliced. We recommend both classic options like
Margherita, «Four Farm Cheeses» and Pepperoni, as well as more
interesting choices: pizza with chicken thigh and shiitake mushrooms in kimchi
sauce or signature pizza «Salmon on an Asian Motif» with sun-dried
cherry tomatoes and artichoke sauce.
NegroNi
A thousand kisses deep
For couples who want to tickle their gastronomic
nerves a little. The founders say that the kitchen aims for nothing less than
Michelin-star restaurant standards. At NegroNi everything is designed to
impress — high prices, haute cuisine and premium standards. Dishes arrive on
hand-painted porcelain by artist Albina Statnykh, each depicting endangered
animal species of Kazakhstan. The wine list features 260 varieties, and the
dining area is divided into Casual, Fine dining and Chef’s Table zones.
This place was designed to taste intently and share
impressions. The menu features A5 wagyu, marbled beef tataki, black truffle and
king crab — perfect for a Michelin worthy dinner.
Om
No need to be shy
When nervousness and sweaty palms are behind you, you
can relax a little (but not too much). At Om, we recommend coming for a casual date
where you can unabashedly devour street food.
Try the fresh beef sausage roll and Hawaiian hot dog with
chicken sausage, followed by a mango shake and the signature peanut butter
brownie. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with bright walls, photo of
hot-dog cross-sections and colorful cups.
On the right bank follow your snack with a stroll along
the embankment; on the left, with a walk through the Botanical Garden.
Melodies and Rhythms
Spinning in dance
A date at a party bar? Why not. We suggest brightening
gray weekdays with hot dances and stronger drinks at Melodies and Rhythms.
The entrance is somewhat Fincher-style — complicated,
but well-marked. Exit Fuller’s bar toward ManSur Fight Club; go inside, there
will be directions in the hallway. After that, there are no rules, just
dancing, great atmosphere, and drinks at the bar: shots and long drinks,
alcoholic and non-alcoholic, sours and dessert ones.
The menu is quite modest — but we didn’t come to eat:
bruschettas, tacos, finger food, and a couple of burgers. All designed so you
can dance easily, preferably until morning.
Chez Georges
Love me like the French do
British scientists have proven that the French
invented romantic dates. Well, we can’t think of a better option for languid
glances than a restaurant serving homemade French cuisine: here you’ll find
snails with chardonnay, a French chef, and a seasonal menu on a chalkboard.
The main menu is very small; it features classic
French dishes: foie gras, onion soup, Burgundy snails, crème brûlée with
Bourbon vanilla, and eclairs. We recommend starting with the daily starter,
then moving on to beef bourguignon with glazed vegetables and steak with
flambéed pepper sauce.
Your Place
Everyone has their own special place. Remember where
your first date took place and visit it again today. After all, food is the
best way to relive those pleasant moments.
What awaits you? Flavors that evoke warm memories and offer
new discoveries. Your favorite place has changed — just like you.
