5 Places to Meet Up with the Girls
Gia
A pretty breakfast with a Mimosa to start the day right
Gia at the Courtyard hotel is a bright, airy spot right in the city center. It’s perfect for coming early, claiming a big table, putting your phones away in your bags and simply starting the day together. Breakfast is served buffet-style. First on the must-try list is the omelet made at the live station: mushrooms or cheese. Add smoked salmon, fresh bread, and a few kinds of cheese. And of course croissants. The kind you hope for every time: crisp on the outside, soft inside. A gentle reminder that a Mimosa cocktail can make any morning feel festive.
*After taking a dozen photos first, obviously.
Loona
Brunch that slowly turns into lunch
Loona is one of the most talked-about openings of 2025 in Yerevan. It’s right in the center of the city, yet somehow surrounded by greenery. The terrace almost feels like it belongs to a park, and the city noise stays somewhere off to the side. Inside everything is beautiful: the light, the textures, the little details. Your hand reaches for the camera almost automatically. For brunch, order the salmon with truffled eggs, brioche with eggs Benedict, or syrniki. For lunch, go for the crab pasta or pizza with Parma ham. The Butterfly dessert, naturally, gets photographed first and only then cut. Aperol or Hugo add a little extra sparkle to the moment.
Renommee
A dressed-up dinner and Armenian fine dining
For a truly elegant evening, head to Renommee, the first haute cuisine restaurant in Armenia. The dining room is intimate, just 26 guests, so reservations are essential. The atmosphere feels almost private: calm, focused, quietly special. There’s only a tasting menu, either 8 or 11 courses. Think of it as a culinary story with little plot twists: cheesecake with caviar, smoked eggplant, sturgeon soup, quail with truffle, lime sorbet, chocolate truffles. Each course comes with a new wine pairing. The whole evening is carefully choreographed, down to the smallest detail.
Pablo
Dancing, cocktails, and then dancing again
At Pablo everything begins with the cocktail menu. Alongside the classics you’ll find playful twists like the sweet and silky Dulce or the fresh, fruity Muse. The food is made for sharing: Alaska roll, spicy tuna roll, ceviche, salmon tartare, empanadas, seafood paella. Perfect for ordering together and placing right in the middle of the table. The music sets the tone for the night: DJ sets, house, and popular tracks. We’re not hinting at anything, but the dance floor is open every evening. Pablo stays open late, and on weekends until 3:00. If the plan is not to call it a night too early, this is exactly the place.
Wine Republic
If the plan is wine tasting
«For just one glass» usually means Wine Republic on Tamanyan Street. It’s one of the most trusted spots for wine lovers in Yerevan. The selection is impressive: Armenian natural wines alongside classics from France and Italy. You can order by the glass and turn the table into your own little tasting. Of course, if the mood calls for opening whole bottles, no one here will object. With the wine come simple pleasures like cheeses and oysters, as well as heartier dishes such as pasta.
