Cooking a burger with «Shef Burger» and its chef Dilshod Suvonkulov
A simple and straightforward recipe for a juicy burger — quick and home‑style. The chef of «Shef Burger», Dilshod Suvonkulov, shared how to make the signature «Mar’Ivanna» burger: with a juicy patty, a soft bun, cheese and a simple set of ingredients without any unnecessary complications.
Cut the bun in half and caramelise on the grill at 160–180 °C until a light golden crust forms.
Fry the patty on the grill at 180–210 °C until a browned crust appears. Brush both sides of the patty with barbecue sauce. Near the end of cooking, add pickled cabbage and 5 jalapeño rings on top. Cover with a lid and heat for 40 seconds.
